With 5 tempering furnaces, our capacity is significant. But what truly sets Taylor Made Glass Systems apart is our ability to both temper very large pieces of glass and bend them to very exacting tolerances. We can temper glass up to a massive 9' x 10' in size; temper to Z26.1 or R43 standards (except for 3mm flat glass, which can be tempered to Z26.1 only); and radically bend non-cylindrical shapes with an impressive 2' depth-of-bend and extremely tight radiuses.
